Bloom Creative Services Membership Agreement And Refund Policy

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to your participation in the Business for Beginners Membership operated by Bloom Creative Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing or participating in the membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Membership Overview

Business for Beginners is an educational membership community designed to provide guidance, resources, coaching, accountability, and support for entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners.

Membership features may include:

  • Coaching sessions
  • Educational trainings
  • Digital resources
  • Community access
  • Workbooks and templates
  • Live or recorded content
  • Group support

Membership features may change or evolve at any time. 

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the membership.

By joining, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

3. Payments and Billing

Membership pricing is listed at checkout.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Bloom Creative Services LLC to charge your selected payment method for recurring or one-time membership fees.

If your payment cannot be processed:

  • Access to the membership may be paused or revoked.
  • You remain responsible for any unpaid balances.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time unless otherwise stated during enrollment.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for previous payments.

If your membership includes a recurring subscription, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the membership, all membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

This includes:

  • Downloadable materials
  • Coaching access
  • Community access

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Failure to use the membership
  • Change of mind
  • Lack of results
  • Inactivity
  • Missed coaching calls or trainings

If a refund exception is offered during a special promotion, it will be clearly stated at checkout.

 

6. Community Guidelines

Members are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior within the membership community.

You agree not to:

  • Share offensive or discriminatory content
  • Promote spam or unauthorized advertising

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines without refund.

  • Written content

Membership content is for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials
  • Upload materials publicly
  • Claim materials as your own

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and possible legal action.

 

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, audience, or income results.

Your success depends on many factors including:

  • Effort
  • Consistency
  • Experience
  • Skills
  • Market conditions
  • Personal implementation

Business for Beginners is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Creative Services LLC shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the membership.

Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

 

10. Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership access at any time for violations of this Agreement.

No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships resulting from policy violations.

 

11. Changes to Membership Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

Continued participation in the membership constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
