Mindset Mastery Academy Terms and Conditions

By joining the Mindset Mastery Academy ("Membership"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not subscribe to the Membership.

2. Membership Overview Mindset Mastery Academy is a paid subscription-based service providing resources, coaching, community access, and tools for personal and business growth. Specific features of the Membership may vary depending on the tier or package you select.

3. Membership Eligibility Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. By joining, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Subscription and Fees

  • Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

  • Prices are subject to change. Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your Membership at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting support.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

6. Content and Usage

  • All materials, resources, and content provided as part of the Membership ("Content") are for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of Content without prior written consent is prohibited.

  • The Membership may include access to third-party tools or services. Mindset Mastery Academy is not responsible for the performance or availability of these third-party tools.

7. Member Conduct As a Member, you agree to:

  • Respect the privacy and opinions of other members within the community.

  • Refrain from any behavior that could be considered harassing, abusive, or inappropriate.

  • Avoid sharing any offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content within the Membership platform.

Mindset Mastery Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Membership for violating these rules, without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property All Content provided in the Membership, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is owned by Mindset Mastery Academy/ Bloom Creative Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimers

  • Mindset Mastery Academy provides resources and coaching for informational and educational purposes only. Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

  • Mindset Mastery Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in the Membership.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindset Mastery Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your Membership, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal dissatisfaction.

11. Privacy Policy Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

12. Modifications to Terms Mindset Mastery Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or announcements within the Membership platform. Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
